Boyzone - Better

The Boyzone lads look like they're enjoying every minute of making their latest video for Better.

The video for the track, which is taken from their Greatest Hits set, Back Again... No Matter What, sees each of the lads getting up close and personal with their respective love interest. And, in a first for a boyband video, Stephen Gately, who is in a civil partnership, gets his own male love interest.

Better, a cover of the Tom Baxter track, is released on CD on December 8th on Polydor Records and is available to download now.

  1. Boyzone have done a bad version of a great Tom Baxter song and plagiarised his original video... write your own songs boyzone! Tom is 100 x more talented than you!

  2. Better really is a fantastic track and although Boyzone have done an amazing cover here, all credit must go to the original songwriters, Tom Baxter and Sam Semple. If you've not heard Tom's material, check him out at www.tombaxter.co.uk, and www.samsemple.com for some more of Sam's material. They are both gems.

  6. I have never heard of the original song/singer - so can only judge what i'm seeing - and wow, what a gorgeous song - both in words and voice, and a fantatic video to support it - i'm now a huge fan of the Boyz~

  7. This song is sooooo beautiful one of boyzones best songs. it should be no.1. So what if its a cover there are so many other songs in the charts today doing covers, at least they,ve made a great comeback and majority of songs that groups and artists are covers. i love boyzone, the video, the song and we wanna hear more of them x

  9. I have loved this song (Tom Baxter's) for so long now. We even chose it to be our first dance song at our wedding next year..Not now though thanks to Boyzone. You must listen to the original it is beautiful, Baxter's voice is soooo much better than this!!

  10. Boyzone prove that they are indeed the best Irish boyband with this song, they put real feeling and emotion into this version of the song, which far exceeds the original version . The video is ground breaking and nothing like Tom Baxters video at all.,well done to them.
Nikki -Westlife haven't produced a decent airplay hit in years, they just survive on fanbase - they have nothing to offer.
