The Laura White shocker

Judges and audience alike were deeply shocked by the departure of Laura White from this year's X Factor.

The 21 year old from Bolton found herself in the sing off with her over 25s rival Ruth Lorenzo who belted out Eric Clapton's Knocking on heaven's door to stay in the competition.

The judges were shocked and appalled to see the two girls in the sing off. Simon told them they were by no means the worst two singers that night.

So what do you think of the result? Should Louis have let the result go to deadlock? Which contestant do you think should have been in the sing off?

  1. how can any of u claim laura deserved to stay in, ruth lorenzo and diana vicars are far better sings and had laura not gone out that week she would have done the week after, stop being so one sided and realise she was pure s*** compared to the contestants remaining.

  5. It's so obviously a fix! Laura and I must say Ruth are two of the best in the compentition along with Alex. The event don't want it to come down to a final of 3 girls all with very strong voices. Daniel should have gone - what's that about? Has he got the X factor? NO!!! Austin was great - miles better than Owen. If they fix it for him to win on 'cute' votes like the idiot who won last year...

  7. Why did Laura go, i cant believe she went!!!! she was like the best in the whole competition!!! the judges are so stupid!!!!!!!!! WHY?????????????? and ruth was incredably bad and why is Daniel STILL IN the X factor????????????????he CANT sing!!!!!!!!! DIANA TO WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
