Strictly Come Dancing, Saturday 20th September, BBC1, 6.30pm
Tonight we will get to see the celebrities in action for the very first time, as the boys take to the stage in the hope of impressing the judges. Sadly one of them will be voted off in Sunday's show. Who will be first to fox trot off? We'll just have to wait and see.

 

What to stay in for

Merlin, Saturday 20th September, 7.30pm
Merlin will be perfect viewing for those with a Robin Hood/Doctor Who shaped hole in their life. Richard Wilson and Anthony Head star alongside a string of up and coming young actors in this tale of dragons, kings and magic. Perfect family fun for a Saturday night.

The Dark Side of Fame with Piers Morgan, Monday 22nd September, 10.35pm
This week our very own Jason Donovan is put under the microscope. The programme follows Jason's career from squeeky clean teen pop sensation, to Joseph, to drugs drop out and then finally to star of I'm a Celebrity. Jason is as frank as you like about all the gory details, so you wont be disappointed.

 

 

Top tip

The Emmys, Sunday 21st September, 11pm
The stars of TV will be out in force for the 60th Primetime Emmy Awards in LA. TV programmes nominated include US favourites such as Desperate Housewives, Ugly Betty and House, whilst Ricky Gervais, Dame Judi Dench, Tom Wilkinson and Hugh Laurie will be flying the flag for Britain.
