M20 Kent - 50mph speed restriction and narrow lanes westbound between J5 Aylesford (A20) and J4 Leybourne (A228) for installation of a noise barrier. {Until approax 23rd October]

A503 London - in Finsbury Park, there are temporary traffic lights overnight on Seven Sisters Road at the junction with Green Lanes so resurfacing work can take place.

The works are Monday to Fridays only. [Until 15th Sept]

A2220 West Sussex - roadworks at Haslett Ave E, Crawley temporary traffic lights.

C319 West Sussex - roadworks at Turners Hill Rd, Crawley temporary traffic lights.

A40 London - at the Greenford Roundabout on Western Avenue (A40), there are roadworks on the slip roads off the main A40. [Until 12th Sept]

A25 Surrey - Expect delays on the A25 through Westcott due to Gas Main Works, there are temporary traffic lights in place.

These have been in place on and off since March and are sheduled to finish early in September.

A3 Surrey - The major works for the Hindhead Tunnel scheme, opening in 2011, have cones starting just north of A3 Thurlsey junction at the north end nearest to Guildford along with a 40mph speed limit. At the south end there is a 50mph limit starting south of the A3 Liphook junction, reducing to 40mph at Hammer Lane.

B4540 Bedfordshire - in Luton, Newlands Road has temporary traffic where it passes under the M1 spur road. [11th August until end of October 2008]

Work will be carried out Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.

A2 London - Old Kent Road is down to one lane eastbound between Mandela Way and Dunton Road for roadworks. There is also no right turn into East Street.

A3211 London - In Town, Upper Thames Street is down to one lane westbound between Cousin Lane and Queen Street Place for water works. Delays as a result.

This is ongoing until November.

A4 London - In Earls Court, Cromwell Road still has one lane closed in to town between Marloes Road and Lexham Gardens because of ongoing emergency gas works.

The closure will now be on going untill November 2008.

Whilst repairing the burst gas pipes they were found to be in a worse condition than first thought and it has been decided to replace the whole stretch of pipe work.

A11 London - in Whitechapel, there are major roadworks on the eastside of the Aldgate one way system. These regularly cause delays for traffic coming into town along Whitechapel Road. [Until 2nd Dec 08] .

A40 London - in Shepherds Bush, Wood Lane is closed northbound at Shepherds Bush Green, for water main works (Until 15th Oct 08) Click here to update us

A205 London - in Woolwich, New Road remains closed between Plumstead Road and Vincent Road, because of the ongoing junction redesign works. Click here to update us

London - In Palmers Green, Hoppers Road will be CLOSED northbound at the junction with Bourne Hill due to gas works.

A2 Kent - roadworks between the M25 and Cobham continue until end of December 2008

A40 London - at Marble Arch, one lane is coned off eastbound for roadwork between Bayswater Road and Edgware Road. (Daily between 8am and 6pm Until 26th Sept)

M4 Berkshire - roadworks both ways between J5 Langley A4 and J7 Slough. Major bridge strengthening works as well as the construction of a new hard shoulder. Three lanes remain open in each direction during peak times. Slight delays possible. (Until Feb 2009)

A101 London - Rotherhithe Tunnel is closed Monday night between 2100hrs and 0500hrs. This is for maintenance. The tunnel will not be closed on Bank Holidays or when there are scheduled closures of Limehouse Link Tunnel and Southbound Blackwall Tunnel.
